1. Что такое Lylib

Lylib — сайт и Telegram-бот с каталогом ID-кодов музыки и звуков для Roblox, который наполняет сообщество. Проекта не существовало бы без Roblox, но мы к Roblox Corporation отношения не имеем — коды и упоминания Roblox принадлежат их правообладателям, мы просто собираем то, чем делятся люди. Пользуясь сайтом или ботом, вы соглашаетесь с этими правилами.

Возраст — от 13 лет (или больше, если так требует закон вашей страны).

2. Вход и аккаунт

Войти можно тремя способами: по почте с паролем, через Telegram или через Discord. Они не исключают друг друга — в настройках к аккаунту привязываются остальные, и это по-прежнему один аккаунт: треки, лайки, избранное и значки общие.

Если на привязываемом аккаунте уже были свои коды, сайт спросит, перенести ли их сюда. Соглашаться необязательно, но после переноса это один аккаунт — разъединить его обратно можно только через администратора.

Имя и аватар берутся из того сервиса, через который вы вошли, и показываются в профиле и рядом с вашими публикациями. Если вы завели аккаунт по почте, имя вы указываете сами.

Доступ к аккаунту — на вашей стороне. Всё, что сделано из вошедшего аккаунта, считается сделанным вами, поэтому пароль стоит держать при себе, а аккаунт не передавать. От чужого входа в настройках есть двухфакторная защита и кнопка «выйти на всех устройствах».

Забытый пароль восстанавливается по ссылке, которую мы шлём на указанную почту. Поэтому адрес имеет смысл подтвердить: на неподтверждённый мы не сможем ничего прислать, и, если других способов входа не привязано, вернуть доступ будет нечем.

3. Профиль: ник, описание, аватарка

Ник — ваше имя на сайте: он стоит под каждой вашей публикацией и открывает страницу вида lylib.fun/@ник. Занят он ровно одним человеком. Первый ник берётся бесплатно, а сменить его можно платно — это разовая услуга из п. 7 — или через администратора. Буквы, цифры и подчёркивание, от 3 до 20 знаков, начинается с буквы; русские и английские буквы в одном нике не смешиваются — иначе «@аdmin» с одной подменённой буквой читался бы как настоящий.

Ники, которыми можно выдать себя за сайт или его администрацию — admin, support, moderator и им подобные, — заняты заранее. Пытаться обойти это или иначе изображать администрацию нельзя.

Описание и аватарку вы задаёте сами, и видит их каждый, кто откроет ваш профиль. Аватарка — картинка до 2 МБ, и загружая её, вы подтверждаете, что вправе это делать. Ничего запрещённого, чужого без спроса и не предназначенного для всех возрастов там быть не должно.

На профиль, как и на трек, можно пожаловаться. По жалобе мы можем убрать из него описание, картинку или ник, не трогая остальное: аккаунт, треки и лайки при этом остаются на месте. Соразмерность — на нашей стороне: за одно неудачное слово никто не лишится аккаунта, но и терпеть оскорбления в профиле мы не обязаны.

Комментарии под страницами авторов и под треками может писать каждый, у кого есть ник и чей аккаунт не заблокирован: до 500 знаков, без ссылок и разметки, не чаще одного раза в 20 секунд и не больше 30 в час. Свой комментарий можно поправить в течение 15 минут и удалить; владелец страницы или трека может удалить любой комментарий под ними и закрепить один сверху и узнаёт о новых в колокольчике на сайте и в боте. Ставить реакции и жаловаться на комментарии могут все вошедшие. Комментарии подчиняются тем же правилам, что описание профиля (п. 3 и 5). Это бета-функция: она может меняться.

Плейлисты собирает каждый вошедший: до 5 плейлистов по 50 треков, с LYPLUS — больше (п. 7). Открытый плейлист виден в вашем профиле и по ссылке, скрытый — только вам и администрации. Название — до 60 знаков, описание — до 300, без ссылок и контактов. Они подчиняются тем же правилам, что описание профиля (п. 3 и 5), и плейлист, который их нарушает, мы можем удалить.

Показывать ли в профиле привязанный Telegram или Discord как контакт — решаете вы, в настройках. По умолчанию оба скрыты.

4. Добавляя код в каталог

Вы подтверждаете, что проверили его работоспособность, не выдаёте себя за автора трека (вы делитесь публичным ID, а не музыкой) и отвечаете за то, что название с исполнителем указаны верно. Название, исполнителя и метки своего трека можно поправить в любой момент — на его странице или в своём профиле.

Исполнитель — тот, кто записал музыку, а не сервис, через который трек залили в Roblox. DistroKid и подобные сервисы исполнителем вписать нельзя: если в Roblox трек подписан так, сайт подставит настоящего исполнителя из карточки трека, а если его там нет — попросит вписать.

Аудиомейкер может связать свой профиль с именем исполнителя в Roblox. После того как администратор подтвердит привязку, новые аудио этого исполнителя из Roblox Creator Store появляются на сайте от имени аудиомейкера сами, и отвечает он за них так же, как за добавленные вручную. Отключить автовыкладку можно через администратора.

Метки («Громкая», «Мем», «Для игры» и другие) выбираются из готового списка, не больше трёх на трек: свой текст ввести нельзя, иначе фильтр по ним быстро перестал бы что-либо значить.

Мы можем без предупреждения удалить код или отклонить жалобу — если код перестал работать, нарушает чьи-то права или добавлен со спамом. Можем и поправить название с исполнителем: они регулярно приезжают перепутанными местами из источников, и это чинится правкой, а не удалением трека вместе с его лайками. Удалённое попадает в архив, откуда ошибочно снятый код возвращается на прежнее место вместе со своей страницей.

5. Чего делать нельзя

Спамить нерабочими или заведомо ложными кодами и одинаковыми комментариями, оскорблять в жалобах, комментариях, профиле и описании, обходить бан или лимит публикаций, выдавать себя за администрацию, пытаться попасть в чужой аккаунт — подбирать пароли, перехватывать письма и коды подтверждения. За это блокируем — сразу и в боте, и на сайте, бан один на оба сервиса.

Жалоба — инструмент, а не оружие: жалобы, поданные пачками или заведомо впустую, мы закрываем, а при повторении ограничиваем возможность жаловаться.

6. Донаты

В боте можно поддержать проект через Telegram Stars — это добровольные разовые пожертвования, не оплата услуги, и по правилам платежей Telegram они невозвратны.

7. Подписка LYPLUS

LYPLUS — платная подписка: 30 дней за 199 ₽ или 7 дней за 49 ₽; действующие цены всегда указаны на странице /premium. Автопродления нет: подписка сама ничего не списывает, а оплата до конца срока прибавляет дни к оставшимся.

Подписку можно оплатить другому человеку — по его нику на странице /premium или по ссылке, которую он пришлёт. Подписка включается у получателя, и он узнаёт о подарке на сайте и в боте; тому, кто платит, аккаунт на сайте не нужен. Деньги за подарок возвращаются по тем же правилам, что за подписку себе (п. 7.1), — тому, кто платил.

Что входит:

Когда срок кончается, плашка LYPLUS у ника, оформление, анимация аватарки, закреплённые треки и места в топе выключаются, а реклама снова показывается. Плейлисты и треки в них остаются, даже если их больше бесплатных 5 по 50, но новые сверх этого не добавляются, а вместо своей обложки плейлиста показывается собранная из обложек треков. Значок LYPLUS, если он уже появился среди ваших значков, остаётся там, и его можно по-прежнему выбирать для показа рядом с ником. Настройки и загруженные файлы не стираются и вернутся после продления.

Картинки, видео и CSS для оформления подчиняются тем же правилам, что аватарка и описание (п. 3 и 5). Картинки — до 4 МБ, видео и GIF для фона страницы — до 25 МБ. Загружая файл, вы подтверждаете, что вправе это делать. Оформление, которое нарушает правила или выдаёт страницу за сайт или его администрацию, мы убираем так же, как описание или аватарку по жалобе.

Смена ника — разовая услуга за 99 ₽, при оплате через Fride — 100 ₽. Купленная смена не сгорает, пока вы ею не воспользуетесь.

Оплата — через платёжные сервисы, кнопки которых показаны на странице /premium: СБП или банковская карта. Криптовалюту в оплату Lylib не принимает. Если сервис берёт комиссию с покупателя, итог он показывает до оплаты. Подписка и смена ника начисляются, как только сервис подтвердит платёж.

Если платёж отменён или деньги вернулись через платёжный сервис (возврат, отмена платежа банком), купленное снимается: дни подписки вычитаются, неиспользованная смена ника списывается.

7.1. Публичная оферта

Настоящие Условия являются публичной офертой в соответствии со ст. 437 ГК РФ. Совершая оплату подписки LYPLUS или услуги смены ника, пользователь акцептует оферту и заключает договор оказания услуг. Что входит в услуги и сколько они стоят, сказано в п. 7.

Как оформить покупку. Подписка LYPLUS оформляется на странице /premium: выберите срок — 30 или 7 дней — и кому она, себе или в подарок. Чтобы купить себе, нужно войти на сайт; для подарка достаточно вписать ник получателя. Смена ника покупается там же, в разделе «Смена ника», после входа на сайт. Затем выберите способ оплаты: откроется страница платёжного сервиса с итоговой суммой.

Оплата. Банковской картой или через СБП, разовым платежом в рублях, без автопродления. Платёж принимает платёжный сервис, кнопка которого показана на /premium; данные карты вводятся у него, Lylib их не получает.

Доставка и оказание услуги. Всё, что продаёт Lylib, — электронные услуги на сайте lylib.fun, физической доставки нет. Подписка LYPLUS и смена ника начисляются к аккаунту на сайте сразу, как только платёжный сервис подтвердит оплату, — обычно в течение нескольких минут. Подписка действует весь оплаченный срок с момента начисления, а смена ника ждёт в редакторе профиля, пока вы ею не воспользуетесь. Услуги доступны из любой страны, где открывается сайт; цены указаны в рублях.

⚠️ Деньги возвращаются, пока покупка не начислена: оплата прошла, а подписка или смена ника не появились на аккаунте, или деньги списали дважды. После начисления деньги за подписку и смену ника не возвращаются, кроме случаев, где это прямо требует закон. Донаты в боте не возвращаются (п. 6).

Отказ от покупки. До оплаты отказаться просто: не завершайте платёж или закройте страницу платёжного сервиса — деньги не спишутся. Если оплата прошла, а покупка ещё не начислена, от неё можно отказаться заявкой, как сказано ниже, и вернуть всю сумму. Начисленная подписка действует до конца оплаченного срока.

Как вернуть деньги.

  1. Напишите на lyworkshelp@lylib.fun или в Telegram @ly_support. Укажите ник на сайте (за подарок — ник получателя), дату и сумму платежа, способ оплаты и номер платежа из письма или чека платёжного сервиса.
  2. Мы проверяем платёж у платёжного сервиса и отвечаем туда же, куда вы написали. Если вам нужна сама покупка, а не деньги, начисляем её.
  3. Возврат оформляем через тот же платёжный сервис, на карту или счёт, с которых вы платили, в течение 10 дней со дня заявки. Возвращается вся сумма платежа: комиссии платёжного сервиса и банка из неё не вычитаются.
  4. Когда деньги появятся на карте, зависит от банка. Если их долго нет, напишите нам — пришлём подтверждение возврата от платёжного сервиса.

Персональные данные. Данные покупателя Lylib обрабатывает по Политике конфиденциальности: от платёжного сервиса к нам приходят только номер платежа, сумма, способ оплаты и статус.

8. Что мы не гарантируем

Коды — «как есть». Мы не можем обещать, что код будет работать вечно: Roblox сам решает, ограничивать ли доступ к аудио, это вне нашего контроля и никак не отменяет п. 6–7 про возврат средств. За то, что происходит в играх Roblox после использования кода, Lylib ответственности не несёт.

Сайт и бот — проект небольшой команды: перерывы в работе, потеря отдельных данных при сбое и изменение возможностей на ходу возможны. Важное — вроде добавленных вами кодов — мы бережём и делаем резервные копии, но железных обещаний о доступности не даём.

9. Изменения и разные страны

Условия можем менять — актуальная версия всегда здесь, дата обновления — вверху страницы. Сайтом пользуются из разных стран, и если ваше местное законодательство даёт вам права потребителя сильнее наших правил (например, право на возврат в отдельных случаях) — эти условия их не отменяют.

1. What Lylib is

Lylib is a website and a Telegram bot with a catalog of music and sound ID codes for Roblox, filled in by the community. The project would not exist without Roblox, but we have nothing to do with Roblox Corporation — the codes and the Roblox name belong to their rightful owners, we merely collect what people share. By using the site or the bot you agree to these rules.

You must be 13 or older (or older still, if the law of your country says so).

2. Signing in and your account

There are three ways in: email with a password, Telegram, or Discord. They do not rule each other out — in settings you can link the others to your account, and it stays one account: tracks, likes, favorites and badges are shared.

If the account you are linking already had codes of its own, the site will ask whether to move them here. You do not have to agree, but after the move it is one account — splitting it apart again is only possible through the administrator.

Your name and avatar come from whichever service you signed in with, and are shown on your profile and next to your posts. If you registered by email, you choose the name yourself.

Access to your account is on your side. Anything done from a signed-in account counts as done by you, so keep your password to yourself and do not hand the account over. Against someone else getting in, settings offer two-factor authentication and a “sign out everywhere” button.

A forgotten password is restored through a link we send to the email address you gave. That is why it is worth confirming the address: we cannot send anything to an unconfirmed one, and if no other way of signing in is linked, there will be nothing left to get you back in with.

3. Your profile: nickname, description, avatar

Your nickname is your name on the site: it stands under every post of yours and opens a page at lylib.fun/@nickname. It belongs to exactly one person. Your first nickname is free; changing it later is a paid one-off service (section 7), or goes through the administrator. Letters, digits and underscores, from 3 to 20 characters, starting with a letter; Latin and Cyrillic letters are not mixed within one nickname — otherwise “@аdmin” with a single swapped letter would read as the real thing.

Nicknames that could be used to pass yourself off as the site or its staff — admin, support, moderator and the like — are taken in advance. Working around that, or impersonating the administration in any other way, is not allowed.

The description and the avatar are yours to set, and everyone who opens your profile sees them. The avatar is an image of up to 2 MB, and by uploading it you confirm that you are entitled to. Nothing illegal, nothing taken from someone else without permission, and nothing unsuitable for all ages belongs there.

A profile, like a track, can be reported. Acting on a report, we may remove its description, its picture or its nickname without touching anything else: the account, the tracks and the likes stay where they are. Proportionality is on us: nobody loses an account over one clumsy word, but neither are we obliged to keep insults on display.

Anyone with a nickname whose account is not blocked can comment on authors’ pages and under tracks: up to 500 characters, no links or markup, no more than one every 20 seconds and 30 an hour. You can edit your own comment within 15 minutes and delete it; the owner of a page or track can delete any comment under it and pin one to the top, and learns about new ones from the bell on the site and from the bot. Anyone signed in can react to comments and report them. Comments follow the same rules as the profile description (sections 3 and 5). This is a beta feature and may change.

Anyone signed in can make playlists: up to 5 playlists of 50 tracks, more with LYPLUS (section 7). A public playlist is shown on your profile and to anyone with the link; a private one only to you and the administration. The title is up to 60 characters and the description up to 300, with no links or contacts. They follow the same rules as the profile description (sections 3 and 5), and we may delete a playlist that breaks them.

Whether your linked Telegram or Discord is shown on your profile as a contact is up to you, in settings. Both are hidden by default.

4. When you add a code to the catalog

You confirm that you have checked that it works, that you are not passing yourself off as the author of the music (you are sharing a public ID, not the track itself), and that the title and artist you entered are correct. You can fix the title, the artist and the labels of your own track at any time — on its page or from your profile.

The artist is whoever recorded the music, not the service used to upload the track to Roblox. DistroKid and similar services cannot be entered as the artist: if a track is signed that way on Roblox, the site puts in the real artist from the track’s Roblox page, and if there is none there, it asks you to enter one.

An audio maker can link their profile to their artist name on Roblox. Once the administrator approves the link, new audio by that artist from the Roblox Creator Store appears on the site under the audio maker’s name by itself, and they answer for it just as for tracks added by hand. Automatic publishing can be switched off through the administrator.

Labels (“Loud”, “Meme”, “For gameplay” and others) are picked from a fixed list, at most three per track: free text is not allowed, or filtering by them would quickly stop meaning anything.

We may remove a code or dismiss a report without warning — if the code has stopped working, infringes someone’s rights, or was added as spam. We may also correct the title and the artist: they regularly arrive from our sources swapped around, and that is fixed by an edit rather than by deleting the track along with its likes. Whatever is deleted goes into an archive, from which a code removed by mistake comes back to where it was, together with its page.

5. What you must not do

Spam broken or knowingly false codes or repeated comments; insult people in reports, comments, on your profile or in your description; work around a ban or a posting limit; impersonate the administration; try to get into somebody else’s account — guessing passwords, intercepting letters and confirmation codes. We block accounts for this — at once, both in the bot and on the site; the ban is one for both.

Reporting is a tool, not a weapon: reports filed in bulk or plainly without cause get closed, and if it keeps happening we limit the ability to file them.

6. Donations

In the bot you can support the project with Telegram Stars — these are voluntary one-off donations, not payment for a service, and under Telegram’s payment rules they are non-refundable.

7. LYPLUS subscription

LYPLUS is a paid subscription: 30 days for 199 ₽ or 7 days for 49 ₽; the current prices are always shown on the /premium page. There is no auto-renewal: the subscription never charges you by itself, and paying again before it ends adds the days to the ones you have left.

You can pay for someone else’s subscription — by their nickname on the /premium page or through a link they send you. The subscription turns on for the recipient, who learns about the gift on the site and in the bot; the person paying does not need an account on the site. Refunds for a gift follow the same rules as for a subscription for yourself (section 7.1) and go to whoever paid.

What it includes:

When the term ends, the LYPLUS tag next to your nickname, the styling, the avatar animation, pinned tracks and the chart places switch off, and ads come back. Playlists and their tracks stay even if there are more than the free 5 of 50, but no more can be added beyond that, and a playlist’s own cover is replaced by one made from its tracks’ covers. The LYPLUS badge, once it is among your badges, stays there, and you can still choose to show it next to your nickname. Your settings and uploaded files are not deleted and come back when you renew.

Pictures, videos and CSS used for styling follow the same rules as the avatar and the description (sections 3 and 5). Pictures up to 4 MB; videos and GIFs for the page background up to 25 MB. By uploading a file you confirm that you are entitled to. Styling that breaks the rules or makes the page look like the site itself or its staff is removed the same way a description or an avatar is after a report.

A nickname change is a one-off service at 99 ₽, or 100 ₽ when paid through Fride. A purchased change does not expire until you use it.

Payment goes through the payment services whose buttons are shown on the /premium page: SBP or a bank card. Lylib does not accept cryptocurrency. If a service charges the buyer a fee, it shows the total before you pay. The subscription or nickname change is credited as soon as the service confirms the payment.

If a payment is cancelled or the money goes back through the payment service (a refund, or a chargeback by the bank), what was bought is taken back: the subscription days are subtracted and an unused nickname change is removed.

7.1. Public offer

These Terms constitute a public offer. By paying for the LYPLUS subscription or the nickname-change service, the user accepts the offer and concludes a service agreement. What the services include and what they cost is set out in section 7.

How to buy. The LYPLUS subscription is bought on the /premium page: choose the term — 30 or 7 days — and who it is for, yourself or a gift. To buy it for yourself you need to sign in; for a gift it is enough to enter the recipient’s nickname. A nickname change is bought on the same page, in the “Nickname change” section, after signing in. Then choose a payment method: the payment service’s page opens with the total.

Payment. By bank card or SBP, as a one-off payment in rubles, with no auto-renewal. The payment is taken by the payment service whose button is shown on /premium; you enter your card details with that service, and Lylib never receives them.

Delivery and provision of the service. Everything Lylib sells is an electronic service on lylib.fun; there is no physical delivery. The LYPLUS subscription and nickname changes are credited to your account on the site as soon as the payment service confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes. The subscription runs for the whole paid term from the moment it is credited, and a nickname change waits in the profile editor until you use it. The services are available from any country where the site opens; prices are in rubles.

⚠️ Money is returned while the purchase has not been credited: the payment went through but the subscription or nickname change did not appear on the account, or you were charged twice. Once credited, money for the subscription and the nickname change is not returned, except where the law directly requires it. Donations in the bot are not refunded (section 6).

Cancelling a purchase. Before paying it is simple: don’t complete the payment, or close the payment service’s page, and no money is taken. If the payment went through but the purchase has not been credited yet, you can cancel it with a request as described below and get the whole amount back. A credited subscription runs until the end of the paid term.

How to get money back.

  1. Write to lyworkshelp@lylib.fun or to @ly_support on Telegram. Give your nickname on the site (for a gift, the recipient’s), the date and amount of the payment, the payment method and the payment number from the payment service’s email or receipt.
  2. We check the payment with the payment service and reply wherever you wrote to us. If you want the purchase itself rather than the money, we credit it.
  3. We send the refund through the same payment service, to the card or account you paid from, within 10 days of the request. The whole amount of the payment is returned: the payment service’s and the bank’s fees are not deducted from it.
  4. When the money reaches your card depends on your bank. If it takes long, write to us and we will send the payment service’s confirmation of the refund.

Personal data. Lylib handles buyers’ data under the Privacy Policy: all we get from the payment service is the payment number, the amount, the method and the status.

8. What we do not promise

Codes come “as is”. We cannot promise that a code will work forever: Roblox itself decides whether to restrict access to a piece of audio, that is outside our control, and it does not override sections 6–7 about refunds. Lylib is not responsible for what happens inside Roblox games after a code is used.

The site and the bot are the work of a small team: interruptions, the loss of some data in a failure, and features changing along the way are all possible. Things that matter — the codes you added, above all — we look after and back up, but we give no iron guarantees of availability.

9. Changes, and different countries

We may change these terms — the current version is always here, and the date at the top of the page says when it last changed. People use the site from different countries, and if your local law gives you stronger consumer rights than our rules do (a right to a refund in certain cases, for example), these terms do not take them away.
